For one-time change of locale:

Use commandline flag ‘-l’ (“el”); for example, c> .accbuddy.exe -l zh-cn:cn

For a persistent change:

1. Signon to accbuddy
2. Type :h
3. In the returned list, locate the command that sets preferences
4. Set the locale preference
5. Sign off
6. Signon with the same userid
